We are an online telemedicine platform that connects you directly with an Emergency Medicine Physician. Call from the comfort of your home, work, or travels in the US. We are here to help you as best we can.

We help guide you down the right diagnosis and treatment path for you. We treat allergies, cuts, sprains, contusions, minor burns, fevers, coughs, colds, flu, mild Covid-19 symptoms, headaches, rashes, hives and much more!



How does OnERcall work?

Quickly make an account and request to speak to an Emergency Medicine physician either by phone or video call. You can always add more information to your account later for even faster care the next time you call!



How do I sign up?

You can us our phone app or through our website. Download our app on google play store or the App store and sign up for free. You can go to www.onercall.com and set up your account for free as well



What is the cost?

Our app is free to download
It is $50 for each call. Sometimes, follow up appointments will be made with the physicians that will cost $25.



Do I need insurance to speak to a doctor?

We do not use insurance companies. We try to cut out the middleman and provide you with quick and direct care as best as we can.



Can I use insurance?

No fumbling with insurance premiums, in and out of network questions, or administrators. We treat everyone for one flat fee.



Who are the physicians?

Our providers are all trained Emergency Medicine physicians. They are available 24/7 for your convenience. They have experience working in the Emergency Department, handling anything that comes their way. Our practice ranges from high volume urban settings to suburban metropolitans all the way to rural outposts where sometimes we are the only doctors around. Now we can come to you through the phone or video whenever you need us!



Am I actually speaking to a doctor or do I get a nurse after hours?

You will always speak to an emergency medicine physician 24/7.



Can I view my visit notes?

Yes, when you look through your call logs you can see your notes from your encounter. Please be aware that the initial note you see may not be complete and later updated when our physicians review their cases for the day.
